This young band is quickly becoming one of the best regarded young live bands in Ireland. Since their formation in 2013 they have developed a reputation for putting on a great gig. Many people will know the name White Chalk, and those who don’t will do so soon! Others will remember the lead singer Conor Quinn, from The Voice of Ireland where he went all the way to the semi-finals.
White Chalk will be a fantastic opening night headline act. They are extremely popular and will help us put Rooskey Heritage Festival on the map.
Heres a couple of songs to get you in the mood.
The first (top one) is Conor on the Voice of Ireland (solo) singing ‘KIDS’ – originally by MGMT.
The second was a really big hit that you’re sure to recognise from the airwaves, its calledBack To The Start.
The third is a live version of another big hit Carnival of Lights which really highlights the bands live chops.
